I spent a good 3 years microdosing.
This seems quite accurate.
The threshold level, recommending a median dose of 0.7g was spot on.
My daily dose was 0.7mg.
I only used my home grown Psilocybe cubensis A+ which is a lot stronger than golden teachers.
