I was pasting recipes into gemini and asking it to build me spreadsheets so I could cook 3-4 dishes without losing track. After typing the same prompt dozens of times, I decided to build the app.
CookFlow takes up to four recipes from any source (URL, Pinterest, Instagram, text, IRL cookbook) and merges them into a single step-by-step flow that manages timing across all of them. It auto-generates labeled timers, strips out blog filler, and reformats everything for readability.
Every flow links back to the original recipe creator because I didn't want to build something that strips attribution.
Built with React/Vite, Node/Express, and Claude for the recipe parsing.
