You add your project, and if there’s no activity for 30 days, it’s automatically marked as dead.
Each project shows:
Current status (Building / Pivoted / Dead)
Last activity
Days alive
Public survival stats
No metrics, no voting, no upvotes - just whether the project is still alive.
