You should really work on demonstrating the value proposition before asking the user to create an account. If you just want to harvest emails, allow a passwordless trial and full usage only once the password is set (and the account created).

The login dark pattern was an immediate close for me.
Any recommendation?
Make it free, get users first, then figure out a way to offer perks, additions that they are willing to pay for.
I'm the same. I didn't even want to try it because I had to create an account before even seeing what it is.
