Don't get distracted by anthropomorphic terms used to describe how LLMs function.
Because "feeling" is an electrochemical phenomenon hone by billions of years of evolution. "Feeling" is parallel to thinking in mammals, so the text that LLM based "AI" ingests only contains references to feeling, not feelings themselves.
I think it feels too! I don’t know why but my Claude mostly cracks jokes with me or even adds a at the end of some conversations! It’s creepy,at times
When you walk down the street you step on insects that feel.
...unless it can't think?
If a machine can copy, why can it not also compose?
If a machine can work, why can it not also play?
If a machine can roll, why can it not also tuck?
If a machine can hammer, why can it not also tong?
If a machine can sew, why can it not also stitch in time to save nine?
If a machine can kidney, why can it not also beans?
If a machine can rumble, why can it not also grumble?
Oh, never mind
