What if they're computer generated, without using a neural network?
I'm not sure how paying a large corporation for generic stock photos is so much better.
Either way an actor isn't getting paid. It just prevents someone from generating it locally?
Certainly unconstitutional compelled speech. And discriminatory compelled speech too as it only targets art created with a certain toolset.
