This recently happened with Texas and Verisign; one assumes Verisign will be just as spineless re: Minnesota, and so the same opportunity for an “ban”, so to speak, exists here. This of course remains bound by the federal laws noted in the final section, re: ISPs and UGC; in such cases, I hope that Minnesota judges would only issue and attempt to enforce an injection if a covered hosting provider refuses to perform their moderation and takedown duties.
