This sounds like some sort of financing arrangement for nvidia customers purchasing nvidia hardware, but probably with the nvidia backstop at the end - so it might actually ultimately be nvidia credit in this, although unclear from the released details

This is just complete craziness and not a great sign with even more financing of this AI data center build out.
It is slowly morphing into 2008 but this time the homes (data centers) are for the AI agents, instead of humans.
