When would I use this over `curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh` ? Does this stay up to date? Does it load an up-to-date version of RustRover etc?
If it is anything like the Devpack for Spring, it does a quick install of an entire set of tools:
