Just pushed a newer version with many improvements. Better collaboration (comments, tracked changes, overleaf auto-sync with conflict resolution, all in vscode), writing (suggestions, hover previews for figures and equations, shortcuts), and preview (edit side-by-side, dark pages, browser preview), and more. All feedback is appreciated!
Couple hours back I saw myself editing tex document in VSCode without any pdf preview. I wanted an extension that is as simple to use as Overleaf, is very minimal, and can auto-sync with overleaf. So I decided to create a small extension for it. Would love for you to try and provide feedback.
It is called "TeX Side Preview".
